The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Alumni Association (WRCAA), originally named The Redskinette Alumnae Association (RAA), is a non-profit 501(c)(7) organization comprised of former Washington Redskins Cheerleaders. Founded in 1984, the WRCAA was the FIRST cheerleader alumni organization in the National Football League. The WRCAA's mission is to provide support to local and national charities, support fellow alumni who are in need, and to maintain the friendships that our members established when they were Washington Redskins Cheerleaders.
The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders Alumni Association (WRCAA),originally named The Redskinette Alumnae Association (RAA), was founded in 1984, by former Redskinette and current WRCAA President, Terri Crane-Lamb. The pictured individuals were members of the original RAA Organizing Committee and together helped establish the FIRST professional cheerleaders alumni association in the NFL.
The WRCAA's current membership totals over 780 women living throughout the United States and Japan. Since its inception, the WRCAA has actively participated in local and national charity events held in the metropolitan area and provides support to the a means for former Washington Redskins Cheerleaders to maintain the friendships that they established while members of the elite Washington Redskins Cheerleaders organization.
