WRCAA History
The WRCAA was founded in 1984, by former Redskinette and current WRCAA President, Terri Crane-Lamb. The pictured individuals were members of the original WRCAA committee and together helped establish the first professional cheerleaders alumni association in the NFL.
Other NFL teams are following in the WRCAA's footsteps by forming their own alumni associations. The WRCAA's current membership totals over 900 women living throughout the United States and Japan. Since its inception, the WRCAA has actively participated in local and national charity events held in the metropolitan area and provides a means for former Washington Redskins Cheerleaders to maintain the friendships that they established while members of the elite Washington Redskins Cheerleaders organization.
